Jeff’s journey with robotic automation began as a client of OpenSpan Software, back in 2005. Jeff joined OpenSpan six years later and worked in Services, leading teams to create automations for well-known companies in the banking, finance, communication, investment, and transportation industries, as well as many others. After Pega purchased OpenSpan, Jeff became a Product Manager and primarily focused on the Robot Studio developer experience.
Jeff, along with others on the Robotics leadership team, used their hands-on automation development expertise to totally redesign Robot Studio to maximize its automation development potential while streamlining the effort required.
