Pega Customer Decision Hub patch release calendar

The following calendar provides an overview of the past and anticipated release dates for upcoming Pega Customer Decision Hub™ patches. Note that these dates are subject to change. 

There is a 1:1 dependency between the Pega Platform patch release version and the Pega Customer Decision Hub patch release version (both need to be on the same patch release number).

Pega supports patches for Pega Customer Decision Hub starting with release 25. 

For Pega Customer Decision Hub releases 24.2 and earlier, patches are not available. Pega continues to support these releases with hotfixes. For more information, see Required hotfixes for Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega 1:1 Operations Manager.

The calendar below provides an overview of the anticipated release dates for upcoming Pega Customer Service, Pega Sales Automation, Pega Call, Pega Knowledge and Common Data Model patches. Unless noted otherwise, there is a 1:1 dependency between the platform patch release version and the application release version (both need to be on the same patch release number). In the case of exceptions when applicable, see below.

• Pega Customer Service, Pega Call, Pega Knowledge provides a patch release version matching every platform patch release version number.
• Sales Automation provides a patch release for the x.x.1 of a minor release only, for example, the platform 23.1.1 release will be matched with a 23.1.1 for Sales Automation, but it only ever produces a single patch release on a minor series. So if you are on platform 23.1.2 for example, your matching Sales Automation patch release will always be 23.1.1.
• Common Data Model provides patch releases for the '23 and '24 releases but not every incremental patch. Look for 'CDM' references for patch releases in the table below for releases where CDM has a patch release. 
• Knowledge Buddy provides patch releases, but not for every incremental patch. Look for 'KB' references for patch releases in the table below for releases where Knowledge Buddy has a patch release.
