Tip #25: The Select action dialog makes it possible to quickly access the PMEs that you most commonly use when you drag an object from the Palette. The four badges at the top contain the most recent actions you have used for that object type. You can modify the badges by pinning or clearing badges from the context menu for each badge. You can also choose Pin, UnPin, Clear, or Make item the default action from a context menu on each item in the More list.

To insert the default action hold down the Control key while dragging an object to the automation surface. The PME from the first (default) badge in the list is added and the Select action dialog is not shown.
