@MaryCarbonara For some of the versions not all data filled in, can you please clarify what is the standard support and extended support dates similar to 8.8

For example, 8.7.3 what is the

@SUMAN_GUMUDAVELLY Yes, I know about the missing dates. Filling this gap is in my work queue.

In the meantime, the workaround is this arithmetic exercise:

To the Release Date add 18 months to determine when Standard Support Ends.

To the Standard Support Ends date add 18 months to determine when Extended Support Ends.

The total Support period is 36 months from the GA release date.

@YiYingL16692167 Pega releases new versions of its products according to the software maintenance program, Pega Software Maintenance Program.

See also Pega Extended Support Program.

For example, Pega Platform version 8.8.2 was released on March 3. I will be publishing the reading roadmap for this release soon, including a link to the Resolved Issues.

With the release of Pega Infinity '23, the release cadence will be yearly.

@MaryCarbonaraHello, I'm trying to understand the extended support dates but all of the related pages have conflicting information.  Could you please clarify this? 

This post seems to indicate: 8.6.6 enters extended support on June 1st, 2024, and that 8.7.4 is the final patch version which enters extended support on May 11th, 2024.

However, the Pega Infinity Patch Calendar shows two more releases for 8.7, one in April and another in Sept. Based on this post I would expect, these releases would presumably extend the standard support for 8.7. HOWEVER, at the bottom of the page there’s a note that says:

Note: The following releases have moved into extended support and no longer receive patches. 8.6 (Final 8.6.6 patch delivered 9 Dec 2022

Finally, the Pega Extended Support program page shows 8.6 in extended support from Nov 2022 until May 2024 and 8.7 in extended support from July 2023 until Jam 2025 which doesn’t align with either of this post or the page referenced above.

@rwtaylor Thank you for your feedback. The incorrect dates for End of Standard Support and End of Extended Support have been removed until the correct dates can be added.
