When operator opens WO from Workbasket and close its routing back to operator list
Hi All,
Recently we upgraded to CSHC 7.21 Pega 7.2.
When user open WO (Interaction Level) from workbasket and without performing any action if he/she close WO then it should route back to Work Basket but now its routing to Operator work list.
Any suggestions how to handle this. If operator doesnot perform any actions it should route back to WB not WL

Is user using getnextwork to get the assignment?
If yes, can you check what is the setting in GetNextWork_MoveAssignmentToWorklist. Set this to false to make it route to workbasket.

Yha we are using getnextwork and GetNextWork_MoveAssignmentToWorklist is set to false.
But still I'm facing same issue !

It should work if this is set to false.
Have you overriden GetNextWork_MoveAssignmentToWorklist from Pega-proCom ruleset?
Check if your GetNextWork_MoveAssignmentToWorklist is being picked, i mean is it in the ruleset stack of your application/user context.
