Route Workbasket
Hi, I have a problem with assign assignments using workbasket. I have created 2 workgroup but other workgroup can still do the same access task. I have login 2, the user and admin, I have assigned the task to the admin, but the user still has the same rights as the admin. I want to ask for your help, how to limit / differentiate access between users and admin?
as in the picture I included, the admin should be able to do the task, but when I login as a user, the user can still open the task.

I'm not completely understanding your business scenario but I guess your "User" and your "Admin" have different roles right?
Maybe you can use that to let them access/process assignments or not.

Hi,
As per my understanding, cases should be routed a work group for which admin should not have access.
For this, u can create two different access roles, two different work baskets.
Access role created for user should be mapped to user work basket and also update the user access group. So, that he will able to access user work basket.
In the same way, u can follow for Admin.Access will be restricted.
