How to route to workbasket in Screenflow
Hello
I'd like to know how to route workbasket in Screenflow.
I hope a work item to be in workbasket while it is in Screenflow.
So I set "ToWorkbasket" into Router in Start Properties in Screenflow.
But I running this flowaction, an error message displays as below.
"ProblemFlow_WorklistOpenFail RegisterationWB"
Is it possible to route workbasket in screenflow?
The person who comment last in following article in PDN said it is possible..

The router there can only be used to route to worklists, if you need the item to sit in WorkBasket until picked up by someone (i.e. getnextwork) then you would need to follow the approach in the linked article you posted.
The comment on the article is incorrect, this will produce an error for WorkBasket routing.

When you are using a screenflow, you can not route your assignment to other operator work list or workbasket. You need to come out of the screen flow and then as part of the main flow you can route it to workbasket.

Can I ask you one more question?
I changed the harness from "TabbedScreenFlow7" to "Perform" in this screen flow in order to use "Save Draft" and "Other action".
I'd like to "Change Stage" to Alternative Stage by "Other action".
Can I change Stage in screen flow?

Hello Kouhei, I would recommend staying in the Harness designed for a screenflow arena. https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v719/procomhelpmain.htm PerformScreenFlow has the other actions link you mentioned you needed for example. Could you mention the business goal for what you are mentioning on the change stage? The change stage is available as a element to include in the UI for a screen flow. Are you in the screen flow would like to jump out without completing and move to a certain wrapup stage on the calling flow?

Thank you for your advice.
But I'm afraid I'm using ver.7.1.6.
I couldn't find out the other action link in PeformScreenFlow. Isn't it supported in ver.7.1.6, is it?
The reason I need to change stage from screen flow is to return work item to applicants from approvers.
The work that approvers do is not just checking the information that appilicants inputed. They also input a lot of additional information.
They sometimes want to go back previous page to check or modify what they input, so a screenflow is suitable for them.
If they found wrong information, they have to return work item to applicants.

I'd like to move to alternative stage without completing once, they input a comment for applicants and send email there.
After alternative stage, work item return to a stage that applicants input again.

Hello Kouhei, Thank you for the information. In 7.1.6 I can see PerformScreenFlow included pyActionArea which intern hold pyActionArea right which control the display of Other Actions by the when condition : myParamPage.pyDisplayMode = 'ActionMenuBar'. I would suspect you might need to update the sequence to ensure the parameter is set. Also, I would suspect you could have a descision shape in your screen flow checking a parameter that maybe the approver could set via a local action or a screen flow field then if parameter set trigger a call the the smart shape change stage. (I haven't had a chance to test this Idea)

Sorry for my late reply and thank you for your great advice.
I guess that setting myParamPage.pyDisplayMode = "ActionMenuBar" before "PerformScreenFlow" would be very danger.
Actually when I changed a Harness in Screen Flow to "Perform" and put "Connector" from an assignment to an Change Stage shape on screenflow and saved this Flow rule, the error occured.
I tried the way to put Decision shapes in screen flow. It works very well.
The flow branches off at the Decision shape to next assignment and End shape(Not Change Stage shape because when I call Change Stage from Screen flow directly, the error occured.)
And I put Change Stage shape in the beggining of the next Step.

Sorry, I sill wonder why we can set router at start shape in screen flow in Pega version 7.1.6.
Does it mean that we can set router besides the current operator in screen flow outside, doesn't it?
