Customize screenflow routing
Hi,
I have a screenflow with 5 screens or assignment shapes, the screenflow´s start shape is configured to be routed to a work queue. An operator picks the object from the work queue and opens first screen of the screenflow when submit to the second one the object is closed and sit it back in the work queue and the same happens when move forward/backward for each screen.
Is it possible to customize the screenflow somehow to move forward/backward in the screenflow without having to open the assignment from the work queue every time? As if it would be configured in the screenflow´s start shape to be routed to the Current Operator.
I want the work object /Assignment to be routed to a work queue and when someone picks it up to be able to move forward/backward in the screenflow freely and not send the user to open the object from the work queue once and again.
Appreciated some help on this.

@IsraelU1 have you checked by logging in with end user credentials and end user portal? To whoever the screenflow is routed to, that user should be able to move forward and backward straightway.

We want to route the screenflow to a workbasket to be picked by anyone who has access to the workbasket. Once the user has opened the assignment and is in the screenflow to move forward and backward among the screenflow´s screen when the assignment or screenflow is closed to be back to the workbasket for anyone to pick it up again and keep on working on it.
Right now we are able to route the screenflow to a workbasket by configuring the routing in the start shape of the screenflow but when someone works on it everytime moves forward/backward in the screenflow the assignment gets back to the workbasket and the user has to open the assignment again, we want to avoid this.
We are thinking a different approach to use a standard flow, set next/previous button to move forward and backward and display breadcrumbs on top but we wonder whether we can customized somehow the screenflow instead of applying the standard flow approach.

@IsraelU1 okay got your issue. All the assignments in the screenflow should be assigned to the new user who picked the case and started working. As you have mentioned workbasket in the screenflow start shape, you would need to do this. Please check below url for reference.

I already saw the provided link and does not solve our issue. We need to find a custom solution to bring the screenflow assignment to a workbasket if it is not finished and let the Operator that picks/opens the assignment from the workbasket to move forward and backward along the screenflow´s assignments freely without the screenflow assignment being closed, sit it back in the workbasket every time the Operator changes of assignment within the screenflow.
Any solution for this?

I have Tried this by performing a change in PerformCriteria Decision Table which is present in Assign-WorkBasket. We can add a condition to route to the same user.
Now in screen flow it is routing to the same user from first assignment to second assignment.
