Having a problem in Routing
Hey guys I am having a scenario like this flow mentioned below.
If the Cashier rejects needs to route back from the Cashier to the appropriate party which came from. This means if the current value >=8,000,000 it will go from Senior Underwriter to Manager and then to Cashier. If it is less than that value it will directly go to Cashier. In this, if the cashier rejects them they will have to go to an appropriate party where it came from (To the Senior underwriter or Manager). How can I implement this? Here is my case life cycle.

You can store that the party (stage name) in a property and you can pass that to the change stage smart shape. It is not necessary to give the stage name in the change stage shape, you can refer the property as well in the change stage. Be careful that you need set the property with the proper stage name.

@P.Siva.PraveenI got your answer. But I have another doubt in it. If I need to route back to the same person who has approved what should I do ? (Which means a particular person who performed the approval)

You can create and add as a work party (Case Participants) for that person/operator and use that in your assignment routing.
