Currently we have a requirement of routing a fix correspondence task to a work basket , in the Pega OOTB rules we have seen that the fix correspondence is routed to the manager of the workgroup of the operator who is currently processing the Work. Can we route the fix correspondence task to a work basket instead of the work group manager , as we have seen that it requires overriding some Final OOTB Activities is there any way to do so , other than overriding those rules if not , What else can be done so that we can achieve our requirement ?
