Fix Correspondence Error and Multiple copies of Correspondence emails sent
What's are the reasons for getting fix correspondence error? Also, normally it should only send one correspondence mail to the recipients but PEGA sent 4x the same correspondence with at least 1-2 minutes difference from each other.
