Email Correspondence Error

We are getting the following error Caught com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. w12sm9585995qtw.78 - gsmtp when trying to send correspondence via email. The email account has been set up correctly and the test connectivity is also successful, but the email is not being sent because of this error.

Any idea as to what is causing it and how to resolve the same?

Hi Sovan,

I would suggest you to cross check in the PegaRULES log file for more information about the root cause of the failure, as you can find the complete stack trace of the issue in the logs. Hope it might help you to investigate further.
