sending email correspondence

hi techies,

I am practicing exercise "Sending a welcome email to new employees" in SAE pega 7.4

I have done all the given detailed steps.

but when I verify my work there is no mail attachment Under Attachments. Please find screenshots.

any ideas to resolve this please !!
