Correspondence Type Email and Fax
Hi Guys, Whats the technical difference in email and fax type correspondence? Type is just a representation or there will be specific purpose. Thanks, Srinivas S

Email correspondence type is for outgoing email messages, where the body of the message is stored in an instance of the Data-Corr-Email class and the addresses are stored as instances of the Data-Address-Email class. Outgoing email that is formatted for display on a modern email client program (such as Microsoft Outlook) may contain HTML markup and email attachments copied from work item attachments. Other outgoing email may contain only text.
Fax correspondence type is for outgoing letters to be sent by fax transmission through the Correspondence Output Server
In Pega 7.3, I see COS Server and Printer Options are no more available from SysAdmin Category.
Even Pega help 7.3 says Note: The COS Server data instance is deprecated. This functionality requires Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP, which are no longer supported by Microsoft.
To send Fax type Correspondence in 7.3 how we need to implement then, is there any alternative?
