"Correspondence" category used for Email

Hi,

Recently we have found that some of work objects have two similar categories for Email attached - one is "Correspondence" and the other is "Email". We believe that none of us customized out-of-the-box Correspondence related activity. It is hard to reproduce this issue but it occurs randomly once in a while. Does anyone know when and what situation PRPC uses this "Correspondence" category for Email?
