Display the correspondence email in a grid

Hi All,

I have got a requirement - There is a list of work objects which are fetched through a report definition and displayed in a grid. An agent is scheduled to process these work objects, once the agent process the work object it will generate an excel file and send out an email to few recipients. Once it is processed the email which is sent out should be displayed as an icon in the grid, upon clicking that the email is shown. Any suggestions on how to display the email in the grid? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello

1. Try storing the email content in OOTB  fields like pyBody, pySubject etc.

2. Configure the icon inside the grid in such a way that on click, it opens up a modal

3. Configure the modal to show the section and the section should contain the contents of the mail. Use properties like pyBody pySubject to showit.
