Correspondence is attached but no mail sent to User
Hi,
While sending notifications, Correspondence has been attached to the case, but user din't receive mail.
SMTP is verified and it is turned On and only few users are affected by this issue. What else might be the reason that caused this issue?
Help me with this.

Can you check the status of your correspondence on the WorkObject? What do you have, not yet sent?

Hi MarcLesserre,
Thank you for the response. But, we can't see any Status of the correspondence on the Work Object.Where exactly can we see the status of the correspondence that are attached to the WorkObject. We have verified clip board as well, but could not find the status.

It should be on the correspondence itself. If you open the correspondence attached to the WorkObject, you should see a status on top of the correspondence saying if it has been sent and when or sometimes you get a "Not yet sent" status

Hi,
Please find the attached screenshot for the correspondence. It is displayed as Sent along with the Sent Date.
Are you referring to the same Status as displayed in the screenshot?

Hi Bhargav,
Could you check the option "After Create" in correspondence rule. If it is not selected as sent change it to "Sent".

Same Correspondence is successfully sent to other users. Only few users are having this issue.

"Sent" apparently, could they be treated as spam for some users maybe.

Thanks for the response. So, it seems this is all we can track from Pega End regarding the status of Mail.
Will check with the User regarding the same.
