Empty Correspondence being sent in mail while it is properly getting displayed in Attachments.
Hi,
Emails were being sent out from our system properly for quite sometime. Suddenly over the past week in our production environment the emails being generated not only in one correspondence but two are sending out empty emails with no body at all. But If we open the email that is attached to the case, it has proper content. Has anyone encountered this issue before?
One observation if we trace the SendSimpleEmail activity then the email is sent out with proper content.

Not sure what caused this issues. But this was happening sporadically when repeating gird was used inside a repeating. After trying a lot we made use of custom fragment code for the nested grid. Don't know if this is the ideal solution. But it fixed our issue.

What is the mail client you are using ? Also are you aware of any recent changes done on your environment like updating mail server or firewall addition etc ?
