Attachments in email is not getting encrypted properly
Hi,
My requirement is to create cases foe the incoming emails and attach the individual attachments (.jpg,.docs,etc.,)to them. I'm able to get the attachment values in pyattachment of email services and I think the attached to values are already base 64 encoded.
When I compare this base 64 encoded content of email attachment with the same file attachment content prepared via manual document upload, they are not same.
We are saving the attachments in external system instead of Pega OOTB tables. And because of the encrypting difference I'm not able to attach the email file content in the external system wherein manual document upload via system browse is working fine.
Is this the PEGA behaviour or is there any bugs??? We are using PRPC 6.2 SP1.

My issue is related with the pyattachmentvalue part of Data-ServiceMessage email service class.
I'm able to get the attachment values in pyattachmentvalue of email services.When I compare this base 64 encoded content of email attachment with the same file attachment content prepared via manual document upload, they are not same. Because of this stream difference we are not able to reach to external system for the Email content, wherein manual document upload works fine to external system.
