.msg attachments with lengthy names not getting attached properly
Hi,
In our application, we are sending outbound email with attachments to users and attaching the outbound email to WO.
When ever we send mail with msg attachment [with lengthy name], It is not attaching properly.It is attaching "untitled attachment XXX.dat" file instead of original attachment we included.
We are using Pega 7.1.8.
For example: if we attach .msg file with the name test test test test test test test test test test test test test test test.msg we will face this issue
Kindly share any suggestion to resolve this issue?

Did you get a chance to check the Tracer logs ? Is it giving any exceptions and errors ?

Thanks for the update.
In tracer did you find the File name "untitled attachment XXX", in which step exactly this is getting generated.
I think this issue is due to lengthy name. Can you share your configuration details? Meanwhile I will try to replicate the issue at our end.
