Read Attachments from Outlook msg file

Hello all,

We have a requirement to read the contents of Outlook msg file and attach individual files inside msg to the Case and also the body of the email in msg file as separate attachment. The user will attach the msg file to the Case and system should read the file and pick up attachments inside the msg file.

This is like simulating the Email Listener behavior manually through activities etc.

Any advise/help on this will be of great help!

Hello Rajiv,

Thanks for your inputs. Pega is not allowing MAPIMessage in a function. I added org.apache.poi.* package in the Library though. We are using Pega 7.1.7.

Am I missing something?
