In Email Interaction, Icons in signature of the email are getting attached to work object as attachments
In Email interaction if signature of the email contains any icons those are getting saved as attachments in Data-WorkAttach-File class ,How can we avoid this as well as we should able to save images which are in the body as attachments too.

@karunkumarn it's not possible to separate signature inline images from body inline images. All are added as attachments but they should not be visible on UI as attachments. Inline images are shown properly with Email interactions. I'm assuming that by Email Interaction you mean InCorr case created via Email channel.

@VikasRaidhan These are shown as attachments in Attachments section of Interaction, We have a archiving functionality which will archive all the attachments along with email to third party application,we are looking for a way to identify these attachments and filter them out .

" If the email listener was configured with "Embed data for inline images into HTML" turned on, images were not displayed. If configured with that setting turned off, images were displayed and additionally added as attachments to the interaction, which is not desired behavior. This has been resolved by adding a 'when' rule to pyPostEmailContent which will not let inline images be displayed as attachments in the interaction case UI."

Thanks for the info , I have gone through that before but in my scenario user may add some images in the body for reference which needs to be treated as attachment but only the images which are under signature tag should be excluded
