Entities are not working in the email bot interaction

Team, 

 

We using 4 entities in our email bot interaction, we updated recently one entity with updated RUTA script, after that we restarted the email listener. Now entities are not working .., even the old entities are also not getting recognized in the  email

Once after updating the entity RUTA, are there any config changes required to make it work?
