Unable to attach email with excel attachment to Work item
Hi,
We have a requirement, where we need to create an excel file and attach it to email and send it to user.
We are able to generate the excel file with an OOTB activity and send it to user. But, unable to attach the email correspondence into case attachments.
Note:- User is able to receive the email with attachment in his outlook.
Activity Used- pzMSOGenerateExcelAndSaveToWorkFileAttachment" ( to generate excel)
Utility used- SendEmailWithAttachments" (to send email with attchment)
I kindly, request you to provide me any suitable solution for my issue.

@AkhilR03 For attaching email generated to Work Object you need to link that to WO. You can use Link-Objects method in the activity to link pyCorrPage(Your page that has the email generated) to Link-Attachment class by providing required parameters and link page properties as per your case attachments accordingly. Hope this helps!
