Unable to open email attchement at case level

Hello,

We have a requirement, where we need to create an excel file and attach it to email and send it to user.

We are able to generate the excel file with an OOTB activity  and send it to user. But, unable to open the email correspondence into case attachments level.

Note:- User is able to receive the email with attachment in his outlook. 

 Activity Used- pzMSOGenerateExcelAndSaveToWorkFileAttachment ( to generate excel)

Utility used- SendEmailWithAttachments (to send email with attachment)
