Opening cases from Email link is taking excessive amount of time
While trying to open a case from email link, Pega User portal is loading after 2-3 minutes. We are using Pega 8.8.2 Version.
Standard link is used in the email:
https://hostname/prweb/PRAuth/app/<APPNAME>/IntelInternalSSO/pyID
Is there any approach to load the user portal more time efficiently?

Are there any alerts being generated in the alert logs. If yes please check the alerts, pega rules log which helps to find root cause.
The possible reasons are db related issues, connector might take more time, query execution timeout etc.,

@P.Siva.Praveen There are no connectors or Custom Pega tables created for the application in the alert logs. However it looks to be the time elapse while DB call, though the tables seem to be Pega tables, can you please check the attached alter log?
