Pulse private post at case level is not triggering an email
Issue is as follows:
1. Pulse private post email is not triggering at case level but whereas the same functionality is working fine from home page.

@AnjaneyuluG The issue could be due to the configuration of the Pulse section in your case type. If you're using the pxContextFeed section for the Pulse UI at the case level, this could be the problem. This is an older section and you should use the pxFeed section instead. Also, check the post and private post options in the pxFeed parameter configuration. You should see a dropdown on the Pulse post screen. If these configurations are correct and the issue persists, it might be related to the email client and SMTP settings, as indicated in a similar issue where the email account was taken from "CRMPulseNotifications" not from "PulseNotifications".
