How to configure work object information as a link in email.

Hi Team, 

We need to add work object information as a single link in email. Can someone please help on the configuration.

@KiranV755 Could you take a look at the 'WorkLink' Correspondence Fragment rule? Description of the rule says to embed this fragment into another correspondence rule in a case context (it's using .pyID) and you also need to change the DSS 'PublicLinkURL' to 'http://{domain}:{port}/prweb'. 

For giving an external operator acess to a case / allowing data changes, I would look further into DWA but I think the above should be enough for your requirement.
