Case link in email not working in Constellation
In a constellation app built on Pega 24.1.1, I have a requirement to send email with a button to open a case (ideally an assignment but no idea on how to achieve it)
In the correspondence rule we constructed the url behind the button using WorkLink OOTB correspondence rule.
The functionality is working fine in a laptop when somelink clicks on the link in email where in it opens the pega portal and the Go button in Review is working fine.
but if anyone tries to open the link from a mobile device it open pega portal in mobile browser but the 'Go' button is not working.
We have an ongoing SR with Pega support and the first observation from them is the url constructed is looking similar to Theme-cosmos app.
Question: Is our approach to constructing url using WorkLink corresponedence rule is correct?

Hi Sateesh,
Constellation apps support semantic URLs by default. To launch a case using a URL, you should construct it using the semantic URL pattern supported by the Constellation UI.
For example, if "Travel Request" is the case type name and "T-1" is the case ID, the URL would be:
https://baseURL/app/appalias/travel-requests/T-1
You can verify the semantic URL for the required case type by opening it from the desktop portal.
Try constructing the URL as supported by Constellation and see if the functionality works on both desktop and mobile.
