Email notification link not working- Shows Access denied error

Hi,

I configured my an email notification link that will route users from the email to the assignments (on the pega platform) so that they can take an action on the case. When I click on the link, it generates an error, saying "access denied" despite having the Authors access to my application. 

Please can you help me check if the link is configured properly?
