How to open an assignment or work object in portal from the email link?
I have a requirement to open the assignment in perform or work object in review mode from the email link in the portal.
Able to open the assignement or work object from the email but unable to load complete portal. instead getting header and body in the portal loading only body. Due to which user will not get any option to navigate like Home/Log out...etc.

Just to clarify: Are you seeking to allow a user to access Pega by clicking a Lin in an email that (a) prompts the user to log in and then (b) displays the user's portal and (c) starts the next step in the flow?

Did u try DWA? With DWA once the user performs the assignment, it gets invalidated and a confirm harness pops up. So no need to log off etc..

Probably you are not opening the portal through external link in compatible mode. For 6.x applications you have run the portal in compatible mode.

For work object in review mode, you can check the approach mentioned in a support article - i.e. try to construct a link similar to the one below replacing the bold with your specific instance values
