Email link for pega internal user to open a portal along with work object details
Hi ,
We have a requirement to display link to Work Object in an email communication sent to user, however these mails are being sent to internal users i.e. pega operators and are not external users. Now, we want to show the user a Manager portal instead of only displaying the work object details as in WORK-WORKEMAIL fragment which shows only the review harness.
There is a future extension to authenticate users directly by SSO also.

While launching the portal from email will be using Snapstart URL i.e using the showDesktop activity .Try changing the activity to ShowDesktop from doUIAction.
