Open a tab at the Portal level on click of a link within the work object work area
Hi,
We have a requirement in our project wherein we need to open an existing tab which is at the Portal level on click of a link which is present in the work area of the work object.
The tab thus opened should show some details related to the value on the link (this is a data object), which can be edited by the user.
Please let me know if there is any way by which we can accomplish this.

Hello!
On reviewing the SR, we see that that it has been resolved. incorrect customization of review harness and usage of Open Work By Handle instead of OpenAssignment was foudn to be the root cause.
To resolve: Use the Open Assignment action instead. This will not trigger the visibility condition for the problem screen in the custom Review harness. Also, the Refresh - Current Harness action can be omitted.
To get the focus to shift automatically to the My Reviews tab, a JavaScript function was added to the UserWorkForm. This was called from a Run Script action on click of the link (after the Open Assignment).
