Open work object from Email. 8.1
I'm currently trying to open a work object from an email by clicking a link in email and it directing the user to the work object. So far I have used the OOTB correspondence fragment worklinkwithlabel. I then updated the public Url under system settings to the correct url. When I open the email the link is shown but when I click the link it gives me the error Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: and list the class structure of my work object instances.
Not sure why this is happening is there a pzinskey reference I'm missing somewhere???

Do you want to access the application with your user just for one task? Or do you have to login to be fully connexted?

No I would like to login to view the work object. I was told this could be done with a correspondence fragment WorkLink. However I'm not able to get the functionality to work and wondering if I'm missing something.

The requirement is for internal users not external therefore I will not use DWA. I want to use a correspondence Fragment to open the case from an email. I read that the worklink fragment was used for this but I'm not having luck with its configuration. When the users clicks the link it should direct them to a SSO page where they can view the case by signing in if they are not already.
