How to open a case directly in the portal from link in an email?
Hi, we have a request from the client to provide them with the link to the case in the email notifications.
Currently, the operator is notified at few points of the process, for example when he/she received new assignment.
The correspondence for generating this notification is using out of the box WorkLink correspondence fragment that open case in review.
However, when the person clicks on the link, a case is opened not in the case manager portal, but in separate window with just the case in review:
The request from the client is to open the case manager portal with the specific case already opened.
Does anyone have a solution on how to implement opening a case in case manager portal from email link?
We are running on Pega 7.1.7
