To open the case in perform mode from an email link
Hi,
There is a requirement in my application, when a case is moved out of one assignment email notification is sent out to multiple workparties with a hyperlink (pxWorkLink) to open the case. The requirement is to open the case directly. Instead of sending out emails with links indicating Perform/Review mode separately for each and every user, is there a way to control the authorization during the case opening. That is when the user clicks on the link, at that time is there a way to determine if he has access to the assignment and open the case in perform or else open the case in Perform mode?

would it be convincing to group by work parties with access privilege?
- Party - 1
- Party - 2
- Party - 3
- Party 1 & 3 are allowed to access and take action (perform) on the case
- Party -2 should be informed (Review case)
if the example is inline with the use case - would it be convincing to send actionable event [pxWorkLink] for Party -1 & 3 and just the image/details to Party 2 in correspondence makes sense? (or hiding the link in correspondence based on party ROLE)
