How can we take feedback from email?
We need to show thumbs up and and thumbs down on each outbound email.
Once customer gave feedback using thumbs up or thumbs down, we need to collect the feedback into a report on each email thread.

Please try the below steps to achieve your requirement:
- Modify the email template to include thumbs-up and thumbs-down links.
- Create a service REST endpoint to handle feedback submissions.
- Create an activity to process and store feedback data.
- Develop reports to display and analyze the collected feedback.

Could you please explain how we can differentiate between thumbs up and thumbs down ratings on the same ET case? If there is an email chain for an outbound email case, every email thread will have a thumbs up or down button available according to the design. How will we know which email the customer has given a thumbs up or down rating for?
