How do we get the count of email that are received from the email box in email listener.
Hello,
How are we going to track "how may emails we received on daily basis to particular email account" ?
Use case : We want to show the report that would give the count of emails that are received on the email account (Per day) and the count of cases that we create from Pega using Email listener(Per day) , So this way we can make sure whatever the emails customers are sending, we are creating cases from Pega end.
Could anyone suggest how can we track re of emails that we received in the email account.

Hi @sowmyashrees1253: The OOTB way to get the details from Listener management will get reset during restart of listener. Other than this I don't see a OOTB way.
Other potential options are:
- Please check Data-Corr-Email class. If you are storing the all emails as corr, you can report on it.
- If the above is not true, then you may need to so some additional coding either to add data as corr (or) capturing the data in a data table.
Please note: Please take care of performance impacts when reporting over huge data set.
