How can I show a picture when it come from email?
Hi All,
I use an email listener for start a pega case. So, when I get an email, I show all things in my section or rich text editor thanks to ".pyInboundEmail.pyBody" . There is a problem is pictures do not appear. How can I solve this problem?

My data is in the "pyInboundEmail.pyBody" because, I get this data from mail with email listener. Users paste some picturies to email body. And then they send to pega listener. Listener open new case automaticly and set up all data to the RTE like above. I mean, I dont use the RTE directly. Thats why, I can not upload it. I have HTML data only. like below.

Hi,
try using the option in email listener "Embed data for inline images into HTML" which is used to attach images inline on the Email to be rendered correctly.
