How we can parse Attached Email's To,From and subject Details
Hi,
In our application we are uploading and attaching the emails to case by using Drag and Drop control, as per the requirement now we have to show the "To,From and Subject" details of attached email. but we are unable to find those details, have verified in tracer but not able identify these details.
can anyone help us on this issue please.

Hi@SaikiranB16586054, In my view, I don’t think PEGA OOTB supports this.
When you handle emails via listeners, you will get these data. In your case, it’s an attachment which is nothing but another file attachment to PEGA. Please check if any java libraries available to support this parsing.

@SaikiranB16586054 Haven't tried this myself but you can give Tika Metadata a try - https://tika.apache.org/1.9/api/org/apache/tika/metadata/Metadata.html After uploading eml file, use AutoDetectParser to parse eml to get the info you need. If this doesn't work you'll have to parse this information from eml text if present there.
