Hi,

  Not sure if I understood the question correct. I assume you just want the email sent to be attached to case. If that is the case have you tried SendSimpleEmail activity with DoNotAttach parameter as false/unchecked?

Yes, you got the question right.

But I want to configure this without using smartshape.

I want to call this using send email button(in which I will write an activity)

Can I use this here ?
