How to attach the mail to the case
I've an requirement to generate correspondence (email). How can I attach the same generated mail to the case. any idea how to get this done?

Please go through activity pyAttachApprovalEmail which does the same requirement that you need.

If I am not wrong, all the associated items are automatically added to Attachment subheading of the work object(as below):-

Steps
1. Create a section for ex: "CaseAttachmentEmails" with a table layout.
2. Configure above table layout with "AllAttachments.pxResults" pagelist of Link-Attachment class. "AllAttachments" should be defined as PageName under Pages & Classes for Code-Pega-List applies to class.
3.Embed it in pyCaseAttachmentWrapper section.
4. pyWorkAttachmentFeedDesc and pyWorkAttachmentFeedElement section.
