How to retry mail attachment to the case, if the case is locked by other requester.

Hello Everyone,

We have email listener, where we read the mail which is send by business user. And we attached this mail to the particular case and update the case status (ex "Open-RUEmail"). if the case is locked by other, we have to retry to get the lock with time periods (1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 15 min, and one last time after 30 min).
