How to see subcase attachments from parent case, version 8.1

Hi,

I want to show in a parent case the attachments of your subcases. I have seen in other posts about a check box "Include subcases attachments" but I think it is not applicable to version 8.1. How can I do this? I supposed there is an OOTB solution.

Hi ,

There used to be list view rule which used to show the all the attachment from parent case and child case. 

Unfortunately couldn't find any reference of that rule in Pega 8.

But found an OOTB activity : Work-.pzFetchSubcaseAttachments which fetches all the attachment of the case and subcases (a prameter to control this ) , and puts it into a page pyCollatedAudit whch can be used to build a view and display in a grid.

Hi,

I have managed to show the children's attachment in parent case in the right panel modifying the report definition that retrieves the attachments (view attach1) but the links to open the attachment do not work.

Any idea?
