How to copy attachments from parent case to child case?
I have a requirement to copy the attachments from parent case to child case when the child case is initiated. What is the best approach to do this in case management? I am using PRPC v7.1.9

Not sure if we can do it with a simple configuration.
We can use CopyAttachmentToNewCategory activity on list of all data pages (all files) that you will have on thread level data page D_AttachmentContent.

Hi Sudipta,
If the child case doesn't have any attachment functionality on its own,
you may try overriding the pyAttachments property in the child class and change the parameter of D_AttachmentList data page from pzInsKey to pxCoverInsKey.
This way your child case will always refer to the parent case attachments.
