I have created a external data base table, unable to see instances under respective data class
Hi All,
I have created a data class and needed a database table for the same . So we have created a external database table and trying to create Cases from Postman .
We are actually able to create the cases and view them under workpool but unable to see instances under dataclass. though all the properties are optimized and having a primary jey in data class and all the test connections are proper i.e classes are connected to the new DB which was created ,
is there anything missing here .

The cases would get created under the work pool table which is expected.
What data do you want to save in the created data class?
As per the question, am assuming that you want to save some piece of case data to the newly created data class which is mapped to the external table. Could you please check the logic where you trying to save the data to the data class? Please enable the DB query in the tracer and try to trace the use case once.
Also, check the columns in the external database table were mapped properly to the properties that were there in the data class?
If mapping is not done properly, try to map the properties with the columns with the database class mapping wizard or by external mapping in the data-class rule.
