pxTransferAssignment for Routing to WorkList or WorkBasket
I have a requirement to transfer a CASE i.e. a specific WO from an Operator who has left the Organization (but was working actively on the Case) to another operator or route it to the original WorkBasket from where the operator got it from. After going through this forum, (https://community1.pega.com/community/pega-support/question/pull-assignment-operators-worklist-when-heshe-absent) I am trying to use the OOTB pxTransferAssignment. The documentation is not very good for this Activity.
Can someone please 'SHOW' me how to call this?
Will the 'state' of the WO be preserved once the WO is rerouted/returned?
What happens to the WO SLAs?

You can use the Reassign activity to do so.
Activity: Reassigns to an operator's worklist.
CL: Work- ID:Reassign RS:Pega-ProcessEngine
Once you identify an operator is not available, you can use this activity to assign to the WL of the required operator. The SLA depends on assignment and not operator, correct me if I am wrong.

Or use pyTransferAssignmentWrapperWithParam which again calls the pxTransferAssignment, but allows you to customize the activity or use the param if required.

Hi Chakri,
We had a similar requirement to route work from expired and/or non relevant users to some one else's worklist and/or other work baskets using a custom UI. Take a look and see if this helps your case.
