Routing Workbasket
I am using routing workbasket on assignment properties. I set "IT" workbasket on assignment properties and on my operator account.
But, when I create case, my section not appear. Only "THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT" is show.
How to make my section directly appear when I create a case?

Hi Maulana,
If you need a section after case creation by default, add another assignment shape just before the current assignment where you are using routing.
With current design every time you would create a case, assignments would get routed and you would not see the intended section.

Hi Maulana,
It seems that you have not configured any section with Flow Action coming out of Assignment and hence you have the reported behaviour.
Right click on connector coming out of assignment to see the properties, configure a flow action(existing/createNew) and then configure section there.

I already configured section with Flow Action on connector of my assignment.
Everything is normal when routing is empty, but when I set my workbasket on routing, then my section not appear.

Hi,
Ok, it is because assignment is not in your work-list anymore and has been transferred.
Check audit logs to find the details regarding the same.

U can add some property in report definition which is sources for "My Work" data page (Cretaed from .pxCreateDateTime property)

Open that workbasket and check operator lists and Login with that operator and open your work item
Else Create an operator ID and pass same workbasket for operator workbasket and try with that operator
