Route to workbasket
I have a requirement where a Customer care person works on the case and at one point he ask identification questions to customer and if customer didnt answer the identification questions correctly then that work object needs to be routed to a particular workbasket on click of submit utton which is in a section.
I have tried doing it through assignment but i dont know how to call that assignment on click of submit button .?
also when i executed the assignment flow in which i have used the ToWorkbasket activity ,it creates a new workobject and route to the workbasket.
Its urgent, Can any one suggest proper approach to execute this requirement?

Hi Vaibhav,
Use decision shape to check the questions have been answered or not and route the work object the workobject using routing option on the flow shapes in the flow.

Hi Vaibhav,
You have a submit button means it is some flow action. You can call a new flow with just an assignment shape on your primary page in the post activity of your flow action using Flow-New method. Before calling this flow do a Property-Set to set a parameter say Param.AssignTo and in this new flow on the assignment shape use Route to option as workbasket and pass this parameter.

Hi Vaibhav,
There is one more approach you can follow.
You can add a step under your stage over which you can put conditions to skip or not.Then you can carry forward the assignment to any workbasket.
So after submission of previous assignment , work object will move forward to next step and condts will evaluated there.
