Routing Child cases to different workbasket

Hi all,

I have a requirement in which the application creates parent and child cases. I have 4-5 workbaskets and based on my request the child cases of same parent needs to be routed to different queues. Its not the parent level routing its child level routing.

Can someone tell me whether its possible in PEGA 7.2?

Hello,

I believe the routing of parent and child are completely independent. The child case will surely have it's own flow with a specific routing then.
